Shridhar's Musical Journey
Shridhar’s passion and love for music had made him pursue playing the Bansuri at a very early age. To pursue his dreams of learning the instrument, in the year 2007, he started learning the Bansuri from Shri. Harish Kulkarni at his hometown Hubli. In 2010, he started learning music from Ustad Shafik Khan (Sitar Player from Dharwad) for one year. Finally, his passion and desire for Bansuri let him meet his true Guruji Pandit Shri. Hariprasad Chaurasia Ji. Panditji chose him as his disciple at his Vrindaban Gurukul, Bhubaneshwar. After three months, Guruji asked him to move to Vrindaban Gurukul, Mumbai, seeing the desire and dedication towards learning Bansuri.
